~ Temperature is the measure of the average kinetic enery, whereas thermal energy is the total amount of energy.
~Heat is the transfer of enery between objects at different temperatures wheras thermal energy is the total amount of energy in an object.
~An insulator is a substance that does not conduct thermal energy well, whereas a conductor conducts thermal energy well.
~Conduction is the transfer of thermal energy through direct contact, whereas, convection is the transfer of thermal energy by fluid.
~States of matter are the physical forms in which a substance can exist, but changes of state are the conversion of a substance from one physical form to another.

Denisity of Air
We had to make procedures to find the volume and the mass of air. We used the volume and mass to find the density. The mass of air is 0.2 grams. The volume of the air is 266mL. The density of air is 0.0007518g/mL.
